EASA ADR.OPS.B.029 concerns drivers intending to operate on the manoeuvring area. The duty and operating area determine whether a tug, inspection or other vehicle driver is covered; it is not a blanket rule for every airport employee. The English-language transition ended in January 2026, and applicable national derogations must be taken into account. Our official ICAO English certificate is accepted in every EASA member state.
