Data we process
Depending on how you use the service, we process contact and billing details, account identifiers, purchase and booking information, appointment times, service communications, technical logs and consent choices. Examination records and sensitive candidate material are handled in the separate operational systems designed for that purpose.
Why we use the data
- To answer enquiries and provide requested information.
- To process payments and issue invoices.
- To reserve appointments and create the required online meeting.
- To deliver purchased lessons or question-database access.
- To prevent fraud, resolve disputes and maintain service security.
- To measure website activity, checkout stages and completed purchases through Google services.
Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement
Cookie-choice controls are temporarily paused while website and advertising measurement is checked. Google Analytics and Google Ads measure page activity, checkout stages and completed website purchases using cookies and standard campaign and advertising click identifiers.
Purchase events contain the transaction identifier, product, paid amount and currency. They do not include your name, contact details, payment-card details or a hashed email address. Private checkout parameters are excluded from the page URLs sent to Google.
Service providers
The service uses providers for hosting, authentication, payments, video meetings, email automation, analytics and advertising. They receive only the information needed for their role and are subject to their contractual and legal data-protection obligations.
Retention and your choices
Data is kept only for the operational, financial, legal and dispute-handling periods that apply to it. Please contact us with questions about measurement or your data-access choices.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your personal data. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
